Owner can pay with Venmo, Zelle, Bank Certified Check or Cash given only to Waymon Meadows. A 25% deposit is paid with contract, draws based on work completed. Balance when done and Owner signs the final inspection. Default by Owner: Contractor is entitled to 18% interest until paid, attorney fees, fees paid to a collection agency, plus expenses to MRC.
